We have managed over 800 properties in Central Bedfordshire for over 25 years and always have a good selection of well-maintained houses and flats.

We have both furnished and unfurnished properties with one bedroom flats starting from £425 a month.

We always have a good selection of properties to rent which are updated every day on the internet. If you are thinking of renting you can be added to our tenants mailing list. We use LetsXL to credit check all tenants & they provide us with Landlord Rent Guarantee for the first 6 months. Once you have decided upon a property you can download the application form to start the Credit Reference process.

In partnership with Central Bedfordshire Lane & Browns can offer properties to qualifying tenants in receipt of Local Housing Allowance enabling qualifying tenants to obtain suitable accommodation with the rent set at current Local Housing rates. If the rent is greater than LHA rates the tenant will need to top up on a monthly basis. If accepted tenants will need to find a deposit equivalent to two months rent and will need a guarantor; both tenant and guarantor who will need to pass a credit check. We will request that  the rent is paid direct to the letting agents.
