We do ask that you only contact this number in extreme circumstances.

Any repairs to rental properties, which are on full management terms with Lane and Browns (with consent from the landlord), will be carried out by our approved contractors. If the landlord requests that an independent contractor will be used, then, we have to oblige by this.

Central Heating

Please note that if your central heating is on a maintenance contract then you will be required to contact the number on your boiler. If an appliance is under warranty, then you will be required to contact the provider directly providing the warranty number that was given to you with the appliance.

 

Locksmith

Please be aware that if you lock yourself out of the property, out of office hours then this is your responsibility. We would like to remind you that this is not an emergency and you are not permitted to contact the emergency out of hours contact number. You will be required to call a locksmith and pay for the repair to re-gain access to the property.
